A dedicated massage therapist with tools such as myotherapy, functional stretching and mobility work, deep tissue, trigger point, craniosacral therapy, cupping, and scraping techniques, I am committed to helping my clients achieve optimal health and wellness. With a deep love and passion for seeing people overcome their physical challenges, I approach each session with a holistic mindset, viewing the body as a complex and interconnected system, and striving to be in tune with what it needs during each session.
